FREE Dance Fitness Throw Down

Dance to Hip Hop Throw Backs & Top Hits out in our yard!

This is a beginner friendly dance workout with choreographed routines on hip hop throwbacks and top hits. It’s free to attend. Each routine is broken down before we go full out. This class includes a warm up and a cool down. We will be led by a certified Throw Down instructor from FLY DANCE FITNESS.

First Come, first serve. 18+ only
